WSL 터미널의 linux에서 systemctl 명령어를 입력하면 아래와 같은 에러가 발생할 때
System has not been booted with systemd as init system (PID 1). Can't operate.
Failed to connect to bus: Host is down직접 서비스를 실행하는 방법으로 해결
$ sudo /etc/init.d/(서비스) start만약 postgres, docker라면
$ sudo /etc/init.d/postgres start
$ sudo /etc/init.d/docker start
